Ajijic is no more of a risk to your safety than any other city in the world and you’re

Arriving by air
The Guadalajara International Airport offers easy transportation into Ajijic via the many
buses, taxis, and shuttle. If you request an Uber, the driver could ask you to walk one
block away from the entrances. Uber and taxis rides from the airport to most locations
within the city range from $10 – $30 US dollars.
Ajijic is located about 24 miles from Guadalajara International Airport.
