It is recommended that you go about your day as normally as possible.
The device is placed in just 5 minutes and removed the next day at the same time, also in about 5 minutes. The report is typically ready within a few business days after scheduling a follow-up. The results are provided at no extra cost unless you require a medical consultation before or after, which would have a separate consultation fee.

The ABPM test (Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring) tracks your blood pressure over a 24-hour period. The device automatically takes readings every 30 minutes during the day and every hour at night. This produces graphs, averages, and statistics to help determine whether you have high blood pressure, remain within a normal range, or fall just above the acceptable limits. It is also used to assess the effectiveness of medication in patients already diagnosed with hypertension—showing whether current treatment keeps the pressure within target levels or needs adjustment.
